In order to rent an apartment here, you must return a completed application. Then, you will be added to our waitlist. Once your name gets closer to the top of the list, you will be contacted. Be prepared to provide the necessary documents so you can be processed accordingly for an apartment.

The Michaels Organization offers residents the unique opportunity to apply for college scholarships offered through The Michaels Organization Educational Foundation. The nonprofit Educational Foundation has helped thousands of Michaels residents achieve their dreams of higher education. All Michaels’ residents are eligible to apply and may reapply each year of their undergraduate education.
